1. Consultation

We meet with you to do a full home evaluation to determine what is needed to maximize your homes potential to appeal to future buyers. This includes a comprehensive report with recommendations on updates, repairs, furniture placement, paint suggestions and accessorizing.

2. Preparation

This is where you, the seller, plays a key role. You complete (or hire someone to help) the Consultation recommendations.

3. Staging

Using our training and experience, we transform your property so buyers can envision themselves living here. We can use your furniture and accessories, bring in rental items, or a combination of both.

4. Photos

A professional photographer captures that great first impression of
your property.

5. Listing

Your property is ready to be put on the market for potential buyers to view.
